Construction project management software

Run your entire construction project from one connected platform

Engineering Power. Delivered with Precision.

BuildCore™ puts documents, correspondence, contracts, EOT claims, cost, procurement, quality, HSE and people on one audit-ready record — for EPC contractors, infrastructure and energy projects.

◆ FIDIC · NEC4 · NHAI · CPWD contract clocks ◆ Primavera P6 dashboards ◆ Cloud, private cloud or on-premise
BuildCore home screen for a project manager: alerts for 2 permits expiring within 24 hours, 6 overdue acknowledgements, 9 open NCRs and 14 revisions to register; a 'Needs your attention' list of 7 items across NCRs, RFIs, transmittals, punch items, letters and actions, sorted most urgent first; and 3 documents pending approval.

The problem

The project record is scattered — and that's where money is lost

Most projects don't fail on engineering. They lose time, money and arguments because nobody can put the full record on the table when it matters.

Letters live in inboxes

Notices, instructions and determinations arrive by email and sit in personal inboxes. When a contractual time bar runs out there, the entitlement goes with it.

Every team has its own version

The schedule is in P6, cost in spreadsheets, quality on paper and safety in another tool. Nobody can say where the project stands without a week of reconciling.

Evidence is rebuilt at the worst time

When a claim, audit or dispute arrives, the record has to be pieced together from files, emails and memory — months after the fact, by people who may have moved on.

The answer

One connected record, from tender to close-out

Every register in BuildCore — documents, letters, NCRs, permits, variations, payments — writes to the same project record. Select a phase to see which modules carry it.

Tender

Contracts, risk, estimate

2

Design

3

Procurement

The product

See the software, not a mock-up

These are real BuildCore screens, running on sample project data.

Every letter, with its clock

  • Each letter is tagged by what it means contractually: notice of claim, variation instruction, time-bar letter, defect notice.
  • Rows turn red when a time bar is within seven days and amber when a reply is overdue.
  • Ask the AI to analyse a letter for a risk score, the likely clause and suggested actions. People make every contractual decision.
FIDIC contract administration →
BuildCore correspondence register: counters for 23 open letters, 3 overdue and 3 time-bar alerts, above a table of letters with contractual significance, priority, status, response due date, SLA, owner and AI risk score. Three rows are highlighted red for time bars inside seven days.

Both sides' clocks on one screen

  • Notice, claim and response deadlines under CPWD, NHAI, Indian Railways, FIDIC and NEC4 conditions.
  • EOT days claimed, granted, rejected and pending, by project.
  • Liquidated-damages exposure at risk, capped per regime where the contract value is set.
Hindrance & EOT →
BuildCore Hindrance and EOT dashboard: clock tiles for 14 open hindrances, 1 notice overdue, 4 claims due within 14 days, 5 awaiting the client, 1 notice-of-dissatisfaction window open and 3 unsigned by the Engineer; EOT tiles for 186 days claimed, 92 granted, 21 rejected, 73 pending and ₹3.84 crore of LD exposure.

Your P6 schedule, as a portfolio

  • Reads a SQL Server-hosted P6 database, read-only. BuildCore never writes to your schedule.
  • Critical, delayed and on-track projects by programme, with milestones due in the next 7, 30 and 90 days.
  • P6 on Oracle? Import XER exports into BuildCore's own schedule instead.
Primavera P6 integration →
BuildCore P6 executive dashboard: a portfolio snapshot of 8 projects, 2 critical and 3 delayed, with average progress of 58.8% across 6,842 activities, followed by programme cards for Metro and Rail, Highways, and Buildings and Utilities.

Quality, safety and meetings together

  • NCRs by status, permits to work counting down to expiry, and the next meetings on one row.
  • Every figure opens the register behind it.
  • People see only the modules and projects their role allows.
All modules →
BuildCore home screen cards: NCRs by status (5 open, 4 in disposition, 23 closed), permits to work expiring soonest (hot work in 6 hours, work at height in 19 hours, confined space in 2 days), upcoming meetings, and totals of 1,486 controlled documents, 23 open letters and 213 days since the last lost-time injury.

What changes

What a connected record lets you do

Know where every project stands

Schedule, quality, safety and correspondence positions current as of the last entry — not the last monthly report.

Protect your entitlement

Notices and replies tracked against contractual time bars, with the warning before the deadline instead of after it.

Defend claims with evidence

Letters, drawing revisions, inspections and instructions are versioned and linked, so the claim file already exists.

Close out without the scramble

Handover records, as-builts and the close-out checklist build up as the work happens, not in the last month.

The platform

Explore the module suite

Seventeen construction modules across four capability areas, each licensable on its own. Pick one for a summary and a stylised preview.

Integrations

Works with what you already run

Live integrations are marked as live. Anything planned is labelled as planned.

All integrations →
  • LivePrimavera P6 Dashboards over a SQL Server-hosted P6 database (read-only), or XER import.
  • LiveEmail Formal correspondence and notifications reach people without a login.
  • LiveWebhooks & notifications Connected systems react to events in BuildCore.
  • LiveLetterhead PDFs Every formal record as a professional PDF on your letterhead.
  • PlannedFinance systems, single sign-on, collaboration tools On the roadmap, not available yet.
Where we work

Built in India, for projects across South Asia and beyond

Based in Navi Mumbai. BuildCore's FIDIC contract tracking fits the public and development-bank funded projects common across these markets.

Enterprise ready

Your project record, kept under control

Role-based access

Custom roles per organisation, with access down to the module and the project.

Full audit trail

Audit records capture who did what and when, with before-and-after values, hash-chained so tampering is detectable.

Isolated tenants

Each organisation's data is kept separate, with its own module licensing.

Your data, your servers

Run BuildCore on your own servers, behind your firewall, when the data can't leave.

In production

Running on live projects in India and Bhutan

BuildCore is in production use with clients in India and Bhutan. Published case studies are being prepared with our clients' permission — ask us about deployments like yours during the demo.
